Heavy Equipment Colleges of America are staffed by experienced professionals at each of our locations. We put those skills to use for you by offering to train and certify your operators on standard heavy equipment machinery while they are at work. They can learn exactly what is needed on the actual machine they will be using every day, which significantly limits the possibility of confusion or frustration. We can also develop operator training and certification programs for specialized equipment and train your seasoned supervisors to be certified instructors as well. We provide full-service and comprehensive options that are tailored to your specific needs and we can do it all without interrupting your entire workplace and ruining productivity in the process.
Are you wondering if you really need to invest in these kinds of services for your employees? We believe it is a pretty good idea to ensure that your worksite is full of individuals who are well-educated and well-trained just on principle. Training and certification are proven to raise on-time performance, enhance safety, reduce risk and improve your bottom line.

We begin standard heavy equipment training programs with an introduction to essential concepts of the jobsite, including an understanding of how the equipment functions in different physical environments. We move on to actual hands-on operation of the basic heavy metal machines, stressing proper procedure, operations, equipment mechanics and safety awareness.
With our on-site industry services, we make it easy to ensure new hires, as well as your more experienced workers, have received the appropriate skill instruction. Additionally, we will help administer measurable evaluations that can lead to nationally-recognized ADEPT certification. For more information, contact us today!
