This location was created to help ensure an education for active duty military members and veterans (*CSP) interested in learning the skilled trade of heavy equipment operation. HEC has been named an approved testing site by the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO). You can enroll in our programs with confidence and rest assured knowing we will strive to provide you with one of the best educations around.
Our Washington location is one of seven locations across the nation. These include:
- North Carolina
- California – San Bernardino
- California – Ft. Irwin (Location is on a military base and is VETERAN ONLY – Career Skills Program (CSP)*)
